1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iuan websites (iuan.com.au and iuan.au) and purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

2. About iuan

iuan is a sole trader business registered in Victoria, Australia (ABN: 39 914 367 172). iuan operates as an Education and Management Consultancy, providing education and coaching services.

3. Scope of Services

iuan provides educational content, digital tools, and performance coaching. iuan does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, counselling, psychotherapy, or prescriptions. iuan is not a registered health service under AHPRA. All information and content provided through iuan products and offerings is for educational and informational purposes only.

4. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

• Products are sold as described on their respective product pages.

• iuan reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect completed purchases.

• Digital products are delivered electronically following successful payment, except where a stated review period applies (see Section 5).

5. Payment

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• For Tier 1 products subject to a review process (such as the High-Performing Individual Risk & Regulation Audit), your report is delivered within the timeframe stated on the relevant product page, following review of your submission.

• For other Tier 1 and Tier 2 products, payment grants immediate access to digital content.

• For Tier 3 (membership), recurring billing is managed via the community platform’s payment gateway.

• For Tier 4, invoicing is managed manually via Xero following a qualifying consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the iuan websites and within iuan products and offerings, including text, audio, video, graphics, architecture diagrams, and course materials, is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and is the intellectual property of iuan.

Products are licensed for personal use only.

Redistribution, sharing of login credentials, recording, or reproduction of any iuan content is strictly prohibited.

Breach of this clause may result in account termination and legal action.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and purchase

• Use products and services for personal purposes only

• Not redistribute, resell, or share iuan content or login credentials

• Acknowledge that iuan provides Education and Coaching, not Medical Services

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• iuan does not warrant that its products will achieve any specific health, medical, or performance outcome.

• iuan is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its products or services.

• iuan’s total liability in connection with any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user for the relevant product or service.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
